Old house is rented!

It's official!  Tenants are moving into the old house tomorrow!  There are quite a few houses up for rent in our old neighborhood that have been on the market for some time now, so we were worried that we may have a problem renting it.  But our rental management agency had a lease signed within two weeks of it going on the market.  Our tenants are a military couple with a baby and a medium sized dog.  They are transferring from Texas, and had their aunt come over and scope out the house for them.  She sent them pictures, and they liked it so much that they over-nighted the deposit.  Here's hoping they are good tenants and don't destroy anything!

In other news, Kevin installed a new faucet in the laundry room a couple weeks ago.  So we went from this hideous, oozing thing...

... to this beauty, complete with pull-out sprayer!  Isn't she pretty??
