Here are some pics from "before". The cabinets above the shower... the mustard toilet and bath tub... the blue and white floor tile, which we found out covered up a perfectly good vent in favor of an electric heater in the wall. It all needed to go. The only thing we kept were the light fixtures and the tub because it's cast iron and too heavy to take out. They painted it biscuit to match the sink and the toilet.
We drew our inspiration from the old Moorish bath houses we saw in Spain... warm lighting, Moroccan lanterns, and carved wood is the look we were going for.
